By submitting this form, you're giving the green light (approving) the website design mockups provided by The Modern Firm as the basis for programming them into a functional website. You agree that the mockups regarding color, main images, the basic layout structure, and fonts are correct.
Don't worry if you want to tweak the wording or images in the body content on a page (i.e., attorney biography text and profile photos). These changes can be made easily during the rest of the process and don't need to be finalized in the mockup.
Just a heads up: If you request any significant changes to the overall design, such as colors, structure, fonts, or main images, after approving the mockup, there may be additional costs. This is outlined in the "going backward" clause of your contract with The Modern Firm, which covers revisiting completed phases in our process.
